We study insect – microbe systems of agricultural importance and their applicability for improving pest control in the field

We use insect bioassays with microbiome NGS sequencing, biochemical analyses and molecular and classic microbiology to examine the contribution of microbes to insect phenotypes and behavior in agroecosystems
